For segufix restraints, I can only give thumbs up.
I have these so I can speak from personal experience.
Till 2016, I laughed for the Velcro straps not to be secure, and easy to break when used fingers to pull the restraint and use force to get hands or legs free. After talking one person who had these, I decided to take a gamble and get good set. Oh boy I have been so wrong and right.
Yeah, definitely stay away from cheap stuff.

6 important notes, if you are deciding to get segufix restraints.

1. Get the R version! R stands for reinforced. There is plastic strap inside, which reinforces the restraint set. Seller of the set, said, he knew few cases, where used restraint set had snapped, but 0 cases when reinforced straps used. Price difference is not "that big" between normal and reinforced version but it will bring huge increase for security.

2. Get the starting set with green locks. I got the set with black locks. a) green locks are more secure  and b) when multiple straps are locked with the locking pin, most of the time, black locks are really pain in the ass to open and many times opening the lock, which has multiple straps is very time consuming.
Said, that, when you get extra belts, pick belts with locks, some extra belts have key too. This is cheaper than buying extra locking pins and keys. Here you can buy belts with black locks and get the black pin key.
There are three different locking pin types.
Black, basic level of security (key has one big magnet to open the pin)
Green, added level of security and comfort to open the locking pins (key have many magnets for added security)
Metal, for even more added security. This is the expensive model. To open the locking pin, you need special two prong spike key.  This locking method is also used for "patients" who have pacemaker. Magnetic keys near the pacemaker is a big no no.

3. Get the version of the waist restraint, which has belt, that goes between your legs. This will prevent the possibility to try slide out of the harness, even thou the other type need thigh and leg restraints...  there is still chance for it and you or the people locking you to it, do not want you to have that chance. Do get the thigh restraints too, for added security.  You need to order the version which has upper body restraints. You can buy the waist restraints, without other stuff, but you get stuff cheaper when you buy the starting set. Shoulder straps do not come with the starting package. This is absolute must! These two straps will anchor you down and prevents your upper body lifting from the bed. Extra security belts for leg restraints is recommended, but not needed, but are good investment. Limits a lot leg movement in restraints.
For additional security you can get head restraint. This is pretty evil and can be used to limit head movement, or totally bolt the head down. There is weakness in this restraint.  After fighting and moving your mouth, the strap that goes under the jaw, might come off. For this, use some sort of addition belt which prevents this, or I just minute ago though about strong rubber band. There might a something to put on top of the strap, which is located on top of patients head, so creating more harness type of solution to this. Or just get good bondage head harness.

4. Get extra locks. This will come extremely handy. Here you can use different type of locks.
If prisoner / patient gets hands on a key, patient/prisoner chance for escape is limited. Like body harness is locked with green locks. Wrist and ankle cuffs, the actual cuffs are locked with black locks. If you buy extra wrists and legs cuffs, these can be used for added security, but this gives another option if only those are used, instead the one that came with set. If you get, extra cuffs, consider RE version, not the plain R version. E stands for Extended. So it has longer strap that can be used for addition locking. If in hypothetical scenario patient/prisoner gets the black key and some how manages to unlock the locking pin, that is holding the restraint in bed, there are other straps locked with green locks that prevent movement.  So patient/prisoner would need to get both set of keys, to get out and if additional restraints used with security pins… then would need all three keys  and all the unlocking would need to go, when no one is watching.

5. Diapers. Get good amount of severe incontinence diapers. Check how much liquid volume they can hold. Typical diapers here are around 2500-3000 ml. And 500 ml difference is a lot.. it is half a litre. If you or your captor is meaner and money is no issue, some diapers have volume of 8-12 litres. You understand what that means? You are fucked. No catheter needed and you might be trapped there for DAYS, before diaper chance… How much did you eat or were forced to eat? How long you can hold it? Are they mean that you need to sleep in soiled diapers? What I have looked normal diapers are a bit over 1 euro… the huge one with humiliation images in them 3-4 euros. So if 3 diapers are changed in 24 hours. 3-4 euros for one large diaper is not that much. Plus there is no for extra work, to change diapers more ofthen.
If you are male, you are more fucked than women.
I do not know if this is myth or true. When forced to use diapers and who uses them is forced to wet and oil them during night time. They say, it is surprisingly fast body learns to do this while you are in SLEEP! They did not tell the time frame, but said it happens much faster than they though. If this is true, then what happens after this? Forced diaper wear. Even if you are released from prison and are free to use toilet as you with, it will take time to potty train the body again…
So be nice to your guards and wardens!

6. When these are used and diapers. Leakage can be expected. So get waterproof bed cover that goes underneath the sheet. That waterproof bed cover, has another good advantage. Since body sweats, normally that sweat is absorbed by the mattress. This cover prevents that, so your mattress will be cleaner for much longer and it the bed cover can be used 24/7/365.

If there are questions about segufix restraints, I can try to answer.

For Secufix restraints that are R rated. 5/5 Stars.

You can also machine was the restraints high temps, but their usable age goes faster when using 90C washing temperatures.

PS. use the mittens, why give the patient/prisoner even that kind of hope
