When I read Miisa's diary, there mentioned lack of training.

I do not know how big the yard is, where prisoner Miisa spends her time during outside scheduled time.

During summertime, have you considered making Miisa a prison pony? What I mean this, Installing motorized horse walker in the yard, where she would be attached from the gag to it. Pony boots and blindfolded hood is must... Then turn in the power which would force prison pony to walk. Whip or cattle prod could be used in different phases of training...  Pony would need to lift the legs as high as possible the restraints allow. If not, guard could zap the said legs buttock with cattle prod. Whip to be used, that pony knows there is some there... or shock collar...

But if there are neighbors near by, I doubt this would be possible or yard not big enough.
